These terms govern your use of Luxivio, a product of AgenTeam5 ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Last updated 2026.

The service

Luxivio is AI-assisted business software. AI outputs (messages, notes, drafts, recommendations) are drafts to review, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice — you are responsible for reviewing and for how they are used.

Accounts

You must give accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to manage the data you enter (including your clients' data).

Tokens & payment

The software is free to use; AI actions are paid with prepaid tokens. Token packs are one-time purchases processed by our merchant of record (Polar). Tokens credited to your balance do not expire; unused tokens may be refundable per our refund handling, but tokens already spent are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful use; no attempts to break security, scrape, or resell the service; no using AI outputs to mislead. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

Your content and your clients' data remain yours. We process it to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can export or request deletion.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for decisions made from AI output.
